Demia Avery is a native of Gary Indiana, by way of Wilmington Delaware. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Cheyney University of PA on a 4yr Music Scholarship (majored in voice), and Art Institute of PA (Music, Mgmt & Marketing). Since then she has traveled the East Coast as lead vocalist for several show bands, opening for major artist such as Jennifer Holiday, Regina Belle, Gerald Veasley (jazz), and several others. She also had the pleasure of performing for Congresswomen Maxine Waters and President Clinton's Pre-Inaugurational Ball. Presently she has joined forces with her partner and sister, Gerra Avery to form Sister Entertainment, LLC. Sister Entertainment started out producing a local magazine television show called "In The Atl". They have also colloborated with other forces to present major talent showcases that included stellar judges from major record labels, producers, and managers such as Aftermath Records, Prodcuer Teddy Bishop, and JPAT Mgmt. Sister Entertainment, LLC has now branched into a full fledged Talent Agency
